Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. All orders ship with USPS.

Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.99 — 10 business days or more
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders $40–$74.99 — 10 business days or more
• Priority (USPS Priority Mail): $15.95 — 2–4 business days
• FREE Priority Shipping on orders $75+ — 2–4 business days
As of October 1, 2026, USPS has extended Ground Advantage delivery times to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. If you need your order sooner, choose Priority at checkout — it's free on orders of $75 or more.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and begin once your order ships. They are not guaranteed and may be longer during holidays or severe weather.

Tracking
Every order includes USPS tracking. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email us at support@ruveano.com with your order number and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
